Project G1 CASCO home
For the G1 project we had to come up with plans for a newly built home. The fictional client had their wishes which included for the room to be modern, edgy , colorful and spontanious. While I normally keep it safe with colors as natural as possible (brown- and grey shades), I decided to go for a more colorful approach. While the living room is very colorful, the kitchen area is kept sober and neutral. This gives the kitchen area a more modern look with form and function, while the living room is more family friendly.
Project G2 Stand
For this project we had to work on a stand which would be used during a fair. I worked in a team of 6 and we had 6 stands to incorporate the ideas and wishes the fictional client had. The goal was to sell homes through the fair, so we decided to design stands that would show what the visitors could do with their homes, in other words, have them experience the stand as if it already was their home. My part was to design a living room, incorporate iPads and go by the Go Green trend, in which a ecological mindset was needed. We used lots of wood, recycled or recyclable properties but also used steel and brick for the industrial take the Go Green trend allowed. Pictures say more than a thousand words, so have a look at my work.
